Are you an experienced Multi-Trade Plumber/Carpenter looking for long-term, stable work in Cheltenham? We are currently working with a reputable social housing provider who is seeking a skilled professional to join their reactive repairs and maintenance team.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent, well-paid work with mileage covered and an immediate start.

The Role:

Carrying out reactive maintenance and repairs across social housing properties.
A mix of plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
Working in both occupied and void properties.
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner. What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Plumber/Carpenter.
Strong background in reactive maintenance and social housing.
Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Own tools and vehicle (Essential).
Immediate availability is highly desirable. What’s On Offer:

£22.50 per hour (weekly pay).
45p per mile for inter-site mileage.
Long-term temporary role with strong potential for ongoing work.
