Fabrication Technician

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fab Tech to join our team at AJC. As a Fab Tech, you will play an integral role in maintaining and improving our facility, ensuring that it operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

* Fabricate, assemble, and repair various structures and equipment according to specifications

* Perform welding, soldering, and brazing tasks as required

* Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively

* Conduct routine inspections of equipment and make necessary repairs or adjustments

* Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve technical problems

* Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on tasks

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Fabrication Technician or similar role

* Proficiency in welding, soldering, and brazing techniques

* Strong knowledge of machinery and tools used in fabrication

* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

* Ability to work well in a team environment

* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
