An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Operations Team Administrator to work alongside the EA to CEO/VP Operations, providing support to the Global Operations team for a large family-owned company based in Cambridge.
Duties will involve;
- Managing inboxes
- Managing calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements
- Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents
- Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup, security passes and catering
Preparing and sending out agendas
- Stationary ordering
The job holder will have a background in a busy office environment and have excellent administration and organisation skills. You will be customer service orientated and calm under pressure. You will be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications and be able to multi task and prioritise.
This role is full time working 37 hours a week and there will be flexibility to work 2 days a week from home subject to business priorities.
