They are seeking a dynamic Procurement Implementation Manager to lead the introduction and execution of a centralized procurement process across the company.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a procurement or purchasing role, with a proven track record of successfully implementing procurement processes. They will possess strong leadership skills, enabling them to effectively introduce and manage procurement strategies across multiple sites. Exceptional negotiation abilities are essential, as is the capability to build and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and introduce a robust procurement framework, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all branches.
Streamline procurement functions across the organization, centralizing direct and indirect purchasing to optimize cost savings.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with new and existing suppliers, ensuring the best value for money.
Develop and implement cost-saving strategies across all categories, driving financial efficiency within the group.
Oversee all aspects of the procurement cycle, from order placement to delivery and invoice processing.
Regularly analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
