Junior Sous Chef
Location: Blakeney, Norfolk
Full Time 45 hrs a week
Mix of Split shifts and Straights.
We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven experience as a chef in a high-volume kitchen environment with strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, flavours and presentation. With excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for quality food using fresh local produce.
