Real Estate is a core part of the business, especially real estate development. Their Post-Exchange Team, consisting of over 15 dedicated partners, handles a broad range of property transactions from exchange to completion and registration, ensuring a seamless process for their clients.

This firm are seeking a dedicated Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join the Post-Exchange Team. You will play a key role in supervising and developing the team, enhancing processes, and ensuring efficient handling of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations, manage work flows, and ensure deadlines are met.
Oversee and train paralegals and trainees, maintaining high service standards.
Handle client inquiries and provide progress reports.
Review and improve post-exchange processes.
Manage completions, prepare and approve documents, and handle Land Registry requisitions.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with LEXCEL standards.Requirements:

Strong academic background with a 2:1 degree.
Minimum two years' PQE as a solicitor, CILEx Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer.
Experience in land contracts and volume transactions.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Leadership skills and the ability to supervise a team.
