Our manufacturing client has a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team, working Monday to Friday, days!

As Maintenance Supervisor your role will be to support all aspects of the business by ensuring effective and timely maintenance is carried out on all buildings, plant, machinery and grounds.

Responsibilities;

* Running the maintenance engineering department

* Responsible for team and subcontractors on site

* Ensuring maintenance engineers are trained and competent, with it being documented

* Introduce and manage PPM’s

* Hands on approach

* Reducing process costs

* H&S knowledge

* Continuous Improvements

Ideal candidates will possess the following;

* Qualifications in either electrical or mechanical engineering

* Experience within a maintenance role with supervisory experience

* Implementation of PPM’s and up keep

* Equipment inspections

* Great communication skills, to liaise with different departments across the business

* Training and development of team

* Proactive, ability to work under pressure, maintain a clear vision whilst achieving strong results

* Competent on Microsoft Office

In the role as Maintenance Supervisor you will work standard days, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm, with flexible working hours offered.

You will expect a salary of up to £48k with benefits, including, 33 days holiday, healthcare, life assurance, pension as well as the opportunity for growth within the company.
