Zachary Daniels has a rare opportunity with a leading retailer for a dynamic, client focused Store Manager to head up a successful store and drive it to the next level. This store has an enormous amount of potential, we want a Store Manager to join our clients business and work with the team to take the next step as they continue to grow!

The store is amazing, exquisite visual standards and is well placed for a leader from a premium or luxury retail environment to join them and drive us forward. We are keen to speak to great people managers, Store Managers who have a track record of success with longstanding clients and customers, as well as maximising new customers and enquiring.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Store Manager

Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plan.
Operationally, you will manage efficient back of house team and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
As the Store Manager of the high-profile flagship, you will be part of the senior area leadership team and will work on a series national and local events and meetings.
You will nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to help drive sales, build lasting loyalty to the Brand.
Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices.

Proven experience in a premium or luxury retail management
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
