KS1/KS2 Classroom Teacher (BR1) 

A beautiful school in Bromley, South London is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Classroom Teachers to join a vibrant team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, delivering engaging lessons, and fostering students' academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support students' development.
Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and any incidents.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience in teaching primary.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources.
Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with special educational needs (SEN) students.
Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices.
Creative and innovative teaching approaches.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
