Swift Temps Ltd are recruiting for a Warehouse Co-Ordinator with a Reach & Counterbalance FLT Licence, Bradford, West Yorkshire, Temporary ongoing role

Pay Rare: £12.82 per hour

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:00- 4:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Key Responsibilities

* The successful candidate will predominantly focus on picking and preparation of daily loads.

* Coordinate the daily warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch.

* Driving FLT Counterbalance & Reach trucks

* Picking customer orders and loading good onto the delivery vehicles.

* Ensuring customer orders are available to load on time.

* Entering purchase receipts are added onto the system.

* Ensure accurate stock control, inventory management.

* Receiving deliveries, unloading & storing products using forklift trucks.

* Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and maintained to company standards.

* Assisting the Team Leader & Deputy in providing warehouse data.

* Attending monthly Business Improvement Meetings in order to contribute to business & process improvement.

Key Requirements

* You must have an FLT Reach & Counterbalance licence RTITB or ITSAR in date certificates

* Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a coordinator.

* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

* Proficiency in basic IT systems (e.g., inventory management software, email).

* Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and collaborate with other departments.
