Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage costs, contracts, and financial aspects of multiple projects.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in residential groundworks to join a growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost control, valuations, contract management, and ensuring profitability across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities

Manage cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for residential groundworks projects.

Prepare and assess valuations, variations, and final accounts.
*
Ensure effective cost control and maximise profitability.
*
Negotiate contracts, procurement, and manage subcontractor payments.
*
Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
*
Produce detailed reports and financial statements.
*
Work closely with the operations and site teams to ensure project success.
*
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks.
*
Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills.
*
Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
*
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
*
Proficient in relevant industry software.
*
Full UK driving licence.
