The Role
As a Junior Sales Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of creating bespoke hydraulic systems, working closely with clients from initial enquiry through design, development, and commissioning. Your role will be technical first, with the sales element focused on building strong client relationships, understanding their challenges, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with existing customers to design and develop hydraulic systems tailored to their needs.

* Collaborate with clients from the initial concept through to commissioning and beyond.

* Build and nurture relationships to identify future opportunities and support long-term success.

* Develop your technical and sales skills through comprehensive internal and external training.

* Some familiarity with hydraulic systems is beneficial but not essential (full training provided).
