The Role
As a Junior Sales Engineer, you will work closely with customers to understand their engineering needs, develop effective solutions, and support them throughout the project life cycle. This customer-facing role will see you working with internal teams to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

* Engage with customers to define technical requirements.

* Develop tailored engineering solutions in collaboration with technical teams.

* Support projects from start to finish, ensuring customer needs are met.

* Participate in a structured training program and mentorship initiative to build technical and sales skills.

What We’re Looking For

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

* 1+ years’ experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment (flexible; full training provided).

* A practical, problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.

* Desire to grow in a customer-focused engineering role.
