THE SALES ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
You will be required and accurately process sales orders from trade customers both in the UK and internationally.
You will also support the branch manager and work with other Sales Coordinators to support the regional sales team, helping them to build and develop relationships with key contacts and cross-sell components.
Whilst based in Wigan, there may be a requirement to visit other UK branches.
You will be required to learn and retain a large amount of product knowledge.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience in a similar B2B sales order processing role - including using CRM
Export knowledge beneficial, however training will be provided
High standard of written and spoken English
Good standard of Maths
Computer literate
Excellent telephone manner
Well organised and able to prioritise.
SALARY & BENEFITS AS SALES ADMINISTRATOR:
£27,983.82 + 4.5% discretionary bonus
25 days holiday (including Christmas shutdown) + public holidays
