Our client based in Cambridge are looking for a personable, Customer Service Advisor to join their business on a full time basis, initially as a maternity cover FTC. The role will be mainly worked from home.
Main duties will include:
* Assisting customers with problem solving solutions
* Speaking on the telephone, sending emails, answering live chat enquiries
* Resolving billing issues
* Associated ad-hoc administrative duties
The successful candidate will have:
* Customer service experience
* An excellent telephone manner
* Good command of the English language
* IT proficiency
* An interest in technology would be beneficial but is not essential
