From planned and unplanned maintenance tasks to managing minor projects, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly while continuously improving our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve building fabric systems across various offices.

Handle minor projects like decorating, plumbing, and project management.

*

Respond to Facilities Help Desk requests with timely, professional service.

*

Supervise contractors and manage materials, sourcing and cost control.

*

Create weekly and ad-hoc reports to track progress and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in building fabric maintenance (joinery, carpentry, plumbing).

*

A proactive, self-starter with excellent attention to detail.

*

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.

*

The ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
