What’s on offer:

Salary: £18-£20 per hour + standard benefits.
Hours: Mon-Thurs- 7:00-17:15 or Mon-Thurs 7:00-15:30 and Friday 12:00 finish. 

What will you be doing:

Operate CNC machines to produce components according to precise engineering drawings and specifications.
Set up, adjust, and program machines using Fanuc controls to ensure optimal performance and meet tight tolerance requirements.
Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools to verify compliance with design specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues promptly to minimise downtime and maintain production schedules.
Collaborate closely with team members to optimise processes and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

What are we looking for:

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with expertise in Fanuc controls, turning, programming, and machining low tolerance components.
Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality components.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of thriving in a collaborative environment.
