Looked After Children Practice Manager

London Borough of Redbridge are looking to expand their current team with a dedicated Looked fter Children Practice Manager looking for an opportunity to join a well-structured and organised team. As well as joining a well supervised team our client also offers opportunities for training to enhance your skills and excellent support within the team. This Looked After Children Practice Manager role will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance.

Looked After Children Practice Manager responsibilities include:

Managing a team of 5 practitioners
Reporting to Team Manager
Assisting the Team Manager with the allocation of work, maintaining, developing and encouraging high professional practice standards
Managing a duty rota
Managing the day-to-day duties of the team

Requirements / Experience preferred:

Post qualifying experience of working as a Looked After Children Practice Manager position within the UK Social Care industry.
Extensive experience in permanency planning, court work and people management
HCPC Registration
1-2 years post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
Eligibility to work in the UK
