I am looking for a Construction Project Manager to start on a new project in Northampton.

Construction Project Manager
£400pd - inside IR35
Northampton
12 month contract

You will:
- Have worked on large scale fit out projects
- Be experienced in civils (multi cladding etc)
- Create and monitor work schedules
- Be responsible for the delivery of the construction projects
- Handle full commercial responsibility for the projects, including producing cost plans and managing subcontractors
