We are looking for a Multi Trade person in the Cambridge area to work for a highly established social housing company in the area. The position would be a permanent role and would involve working within social houses doing renovations and maintenance works.

The successful Multi-Trade person will be responsible for:

Carpentry
Basic Plumbing
Patch Plastering
Basic tiling
Loft and Roof Insulations
Window and Door Installations
Retrofitting Properties
The successful Multi-Trade will:

Have a full UK drivers license
Be time served and have relevant qualifications

Annual salary of £35,000 per year
