Job Title: EYFS Teacher
Location: Ashford, Kent
Start: ASAP on a Full Time, Long Term Basis

Are you passionate about nurturing the curiosity and development of young children? Do you thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join our team in Ashford, Kent.

Your Role:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
Observe and assess children's progress, adapting activities to meet their diverse developmental needs.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's holistic development.
Participate in school events, meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
Experience working within an EYFS setting, ideally in a similar environment.
Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with young learners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to promoting the well-being and development of all children.
Enhanced DBS clearance and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
