We’re recruiting a Senior Project Manager to join a fast-growing and dynamic project management consultancy, who are looking to add another Senior Project Manager in Leeds. Senior Project Key Areas of Focus:
The business is seeing strong growth in projects such as industrial, logistics, self-storage, residential, student accommodation, and commercial office conversions, ranging from £30m-£60m in value, with projects as small as £250k.
Their office in Leeds is key to supporting this growth, and they need a Senior Project Manager who can help lead these projects, manage client relationships, and oversee delivery across various sectors.
You’ll be managing complex projects such as substantial industrial developments, large-scale student accommodation schemes (e.g., 400-unit development in Bristol), office conversions, out-of-town retail, and roll-out programmes for commercial fit-outs. Candidate Requirements & Experience:
Experience: We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with substantial delivery experience who is ready to take on significant responsibility and manage projects independently.
Client-Facing Role: You must be comfortable with client interaction, managing relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Sector Knowledge: A strong mix of experience in managing complex industrial, commercial, and residential projects, with a focus on large developments, is essential.
Team Leadership: You’ll be working alongside a strong junior team in Leeds and London, with the opportunity to mentor and grow the team in the coming years.
Project Types: Experience with large-scale industrial projects (over 100k ft²), student accommodation schemes, office conversions, and commercial retail developments is highly desirable. Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position is £60,000-£70,000 depending on experience.
