Salary: Up to £60,00kJoin one of London's largest housing associations as a Fire Safety Assurance Lead. This pivotal role involves delivering Fire Safety assurance programs and providing expert guidance to ensure compliance and best practice across the organisation.
Day-to-day of the role:
Develop and implement action plans to ensure compliance with Fire Safety standards.
Provide professional Fire Safety advice and design strategies to scrutinise and assure safety practices.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of remedial actions.
Lead and develop the Fire Safety Assurance team to ensure high performance and successful delivery of Fire Safety programmes.
Monitor and support the implementation of the Fire Safety Risk Management Framework and Assurance programs.Required Skills & Qualifications:
NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Expert understanding of Fire Safety and its application in social housing, building construction, and/or repairs and maintenance environments.
Significant expertise in legislation, regulation, policy, and best practice surrounding Fire Safety.
Proven ability to undertake complex organisational assurance audits and provide quality information and guidance.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging at all levels of the organisation.
Ability to undertake nationwide travel and possess a full UK driving license.Benefits:
