About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time KS1 Teacher to join our team in September 2024. This role offers a salary of £160-£210 per day. The position is part-time, with a flexible schedule tailored to fit around existing commitments. The vacancy arises due to the exciting expansion of our teaching team to enhance our educational provision. You’ll be working with a lively and supportive class of 25 students, with a mix of abilities and needs. This role stands out due to the school’s commitment to individual growth and the supportive, collaborative working environment.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 1.
• A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and the ability to create engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
• Experience working in diverse settings and with SEN students is highly desirable.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to supporting the individual needs of students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement the curriculum and contribute to school activities.
• Support the emotional and educational needs of students, creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
