Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits

Our Client is a UKAS accredited and professional Asbestos firm, based in Yorkshire and with a strong UK-wide presence. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. They are renowned for providing a high level of service to their Clients and can offer excellent salaries and packages for successful applicants. Candidates will need to have a strong level of technical knowledge and will need to be flexible to travel as per company requirements.

Ideally, you will be based in / around: Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Batley, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Garforth, Castleford, Pontefract, Keighley, Otley, Skipton, Harrogate, Ripon, Wetherby, Selby, York, Doncaster, Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham, Scunthorpe, Driffield, Beverley, Hull, Goole.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Will have a proven track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst for a well-established Asbestos outfit
- Must be qualified with the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
- High level of technical knowledge
- Excellent written ability
- IT Proficient
- Able to positively represent the company whilst operating on Client sites

The Role:
- You will undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys across a wide range of Client sites
- Conducting 4 Stage Clearances
- Personal, Leak, Background and Re-occupation air testing
- Safe sampling of suspected ACMs
- Working closely with Asbestos Operatives, and ensuring they remain compliant
- Writing thorough Asbestos paperwork and reports
- Being flexible to travel as per company requirements
