We’re excited to be recruiting for a Sales Executive role on behalf of our client, a well-established luxury housebuilder in the North Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in New Build Sales to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's growth.
The Role:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets for new homes, helping drive the company's revenue.
* Engage professionally with prospective and existing buyers, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times.
* Follow up on leads from various sources, including email, phone, and online platforms like Rightmove.
* Maintain and showcase marketing suites and show homes to the highest standards.
* Regularly check and update signage and marketing materials to ensure accuracy.
* Build relationships with local estate agents and stay informed about the competitive landscape.
* Research and provide valuable insights into the local area’s amenities, schools, and transport links to assist buyers.
* Utilize company incentives to promote sales and support buyers through the purchase process.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in new build sales within the housebuilding industry.
* Up-to-date knowledge of the housing market and key industry regulations (GDPR, Consumer Code, etc.).
* Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage a busy workload, and contribute effectively within a team.
