Classroom support are excited to be working with a Secondary School in Sevenoaks who are looking to recruit a number of confident SEN Teaching Assistants to work with a Learning Support department providing 1:1 support for students with Learning Difficulties.

You will be based in the school Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm and the pay is between £90 and £95 per day. Term time only.

It is essential that you have some of the the below experience:

Experience of supporting children/young adults with SEN support needs.

A keen understanding of being able to create bonds with pupils that find learning difficult due to their own complex Learning Difficulties and SEN support needs.

Experience of working in either a School or care based setting highly advantageous.

Being of a firm nature when necessary with behavoiur management, but also compassionate and sensitive to others.

Any experience of working in the support work sector or supporting family members or friends with similar SEN support needs.

The rate of pay is £90+ per day for the right candidate.
