As a Sales Admin, your responsibilities will include…
* Dealing with existing clients to offer solutions & upsell
* Generating enquiries/leads/sales from existing and new clients
* Responding to all sales enquiries efficiently and promptly
* Working closely with the internal sales team to maximise opportunities
* Responding to all sales enquiries efficiently and promptly
* Contacting customers on a regular basis, maintaining relationships
We are looking for a Sales Admin with the following skills and experience…
* Previous experience in a sales/ customer service role
* Ability to mentor and guide other team members
* Flexible, adaptive to change, proactive as well as reactive
* Computer literate with strong written and numerical skills
* Positive, friendly, empathetic, helpful and collaborative
* Happy/confident to pick up the phone and talk to people
In return, the successful Sales Admin will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000, plus the following benefits…
