Position: Demolition Site Supervisor / Site Manager

Location: City Of London

The successful candidate must have the following essential skills:

* Demolition experience with a broad spectrum of project knowledge.

* Membership to a chartered body would be desirable.

* Strong certified training credentials to support experience is essential.

* Excellent client relations and interpersonal skills.

* An understanding of SHE regulations

* Ability to manage multiple sites.

* Good IT Skills

Qualifications

* CCDO Supervisor Gold Card

* Valid SSSTS / SMSTS

Ideal Candidate:

* Good communication skills

* Liaising with subcontractors to coordinate activities

* Able to manage control and be commercially aware of your project costs and be able to refer to the tender allowances for the project
