Job Title: Ductwork Contracts Manager
Location: London
Salary: £60K - £65K + Company Vehicle & Travel Paid

The Role:

-As a Ductwork Contracts Manager, your role is pivotal in overseeing and managing all aspects of ductwork projects within our organisation.
-Plan, execute, and monitor ductwork projects from inception to completion.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
-Make sure that materials are ordered with the correct supplier for better buying
-Audit existing contracts and oversee contract modifications and variations.
-Negotiate complex contracts and manage changes and addendums
-Utilise site survey software (site audit pro) for project data collection and submission to the relevant teams, capturing any site issues or variations.
-Set up projects by preparing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMs) and collecting delivery information.

The Company:

- Offices based in Dartford, Kent
-Specialise in commercial HVAC projects including both new ductwork lagging and air conditioning projects
- Currently turning over in the region of £18M, with 40 direct employees + sub contractors
- This hire is due to the company growth. Winning more and more work.

The Ideal Candidate:

-HVAC knowledge
- Will have previous experience working on commercial projects worth upwards of £300K
-ONC/HNC qualification in Building Services (HVAC) or possess equivalent experience.
- Strong management skills
- Will have excellent communication skills
- Will be happy to travel across London
