KS2 Primary Teacher needed - Stoke-on-Trent

Academics are working with a small semi-rural primary school nestled in the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands to help appoint a strong KS2 primary teacher to cover a mix YR3/4 class for the Autumn term in the first instance.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
Assess and monitor pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall school community.
Maintain accurate records of pupils' progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (experience with mixed-age classes is desirable).
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
