Teaching Assistant - SEN Focus

Salary: £85 - £110 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary school in Tattershall, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, caring, and passionate about inclusive education.

Responsibilities:

Support students with SEN in both one-on-one and group settings.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons and activities.
Help students develop confidence, social skills, and independence.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff.
Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
A proactive and nurturing approach to student development.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
