Position Details

Pay Rate: £84 - £90 per day, based on experience
Start Date: January 2025
Hours: Full-time, continuing for the academic year with the potential for extensionAbout You

The successful candidate will support the progress and achievement of a high-performing class, working closely with the class teacher and providing one-to-one assistance to students with SEMH/SEN needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering lessons and creating a positive classroom environment
Provide individual support for pupils with specific learning needs, ensuring they can fully engage with the curriculum
Help prepare teaching materials, set up equipment, and organise resources for lessons
Foster a positive, respectful rapport with all students
Collaborate with the team to share insights, resources, and best practicesEssential Requirements:

Strong references confirming experience with behavioural support
