Teaching Assistant - Level 3

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA). This position is in a Reception and Year 2 class at a vibrant and welcoming Telford Primary School.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Assisting with the day-to-day management of the classroom.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
Stepping into an HLTA role in the afternoons to lead planned activities and cover classes when necessary.Requirements:

Previous experience as a TA, preferably with experience in early years.
Level 3 Childcare or STLS qualification
A passion for working with young children and supporting their educational journey.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliability and a positive, proactive attitude.Benefits:
