As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their mobile phone management. If you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and emails, providing excellent service and resolving any issues
Process customer mobile device orders and perform diagnostic checks on devices
Purchase stock as needed
Generate customer-specific reports using Excel
Process mobile network bills and assist with problem-solving
Provide quotes to corporate customers for mobile upgrades
Ensure accurate data entry into our client's in-house databaseRequirements:

Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others
Accurate data entry skills and keen attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills and undergo on-the-job training
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Must hold a valid UK Driving LicenceBenefits:
