Our client is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect with a strong background in M365 technologies and delivering Azure services. Previous experience working within a consultancy supporting customers implementing cloud technologies and M365 services would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions using Microsoft 365 (M365) technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead the architecture and design of cloud-based solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning to deployment and ongoing support.
Conduct assessments of existing cloud environments, identifying opportunities for optimisation and cost savings.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance requirements are met across all cloud deployments.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.   
Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Cloud Architect with a focus on Microsoft 365 (M365) technologies, including but not limited to Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
Strong understanding of cloud security principles, data protection, and compliance standards.
Experience with cloud migration projects and a deep understanding of the challenges and best practices involved.
Ability to design and implement hybrid cloud solutions, integrating on-premises and cloud-based environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, are highly desirable.   
Desirable Skills:

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or ARM templates.
Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools, including PowerShell, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.   
Paying up to £70,000 per annum + bonus
Remote covering a South West customer base
