Position Overview:

Role: Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
Degree Requirement: Minimum 2:1 in any subject
Contract: Full-time, long-term (starting ASAP)
Location: Primary School in Hounslow, West London
Salary: Earn up to £500 per week
Ideal for: Graduates looking for experience before applying for teacher training
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with class teachers to support students' learning across all areas of the primary curriculum.
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, ensuring they understand key concepts and stay engaged in lessons.
Help students who need additional support, as well as challenge high achievers to reach their full potential.
Assist with classroom management, lesson preparation, and school activities.
What We’re Looking For:

A recent graduate with a 2:1 or higher, who is passionate about working with children and eager to pursue a career in education.
Someone with excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
A positive, proactive attitude, ready to get involved in all aspects of school life.
