Position: HR Administrator
Location: Sandy, Bedfordshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours total)

Our client is recruiting for a HR Administrator and in this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving people data and employee lifecycle administration. Your attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement will help streamline company processes and ensure optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date people data records and reports.
*Administer employee records through the HR system, including creating profiles for new starters, processing internal transfers, and handling leavers.
*Prepare offer letters, new starter contracts, and other relevant documentation.
*Manage digital HR folders and archive leavers' files in compliance with GDPR, supporting audits and information requests.
*Assist with internal consultations for structural changes and prepare supporting paperwork.
*Handle sensitive information empathetically, particularly in disciplinary and grievance meetings.
*Support payroll-related queries as needed.
*Champion continuous improvement by bringing innovative ideas for new ways of working.
*Provide general administrative support across the People team as required.

What We're Looking For:
*Strong data management skills and proficiency in computer systems; knowledge of ResourceLink & HFX is advantageous.
*Current Administration experience is necessary
*Experience building relationships and working with stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Highly organized with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
*Demonstrates reliability and always maintains confidentiality.
