Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision: Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
Training & Development: Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing support to ensure consistent performance across the team.
Inventory Management: Monitor and order cleaning supplies and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
Health & Safety: Ensure that all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Customer Service: Address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a housekeeping or cleaning environment.
Attention to Detail: High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
Disclosure: Must be willing to obtain a basic disclosure as part of the recruitment process.
