Job Title: Machine Setter/Operator

Key Responsibilities of the Machine Setter/Operator:

* Perform all aspects of machine setup, condition setting, and adjustments to address quality issues.

* Conduct daily and weekly asset care checks on machinery, documenting maintenance records.

* Manufacture a range of products/parts to the required standard.

Experience and Skills Required of the Machine Setter/Operator:

* Previous experience with plant-operated machines (e.g., Grinders, CNC machines, Presses, Heat Treatment equipment).

* Ability to adjust machines throughout the production process.

* Competence with measuring tools.

* Setting and fault-finding experience is essential.

Package Offered to the Machine Setter/Operator:

* Shift patterns

* 3 shift pattern rotation: Mon – Thurs 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am, Fri 6am – 1.30pm, 1.30pm – 9pm, 9pm – 430am

* £30,000 - £33,000 depending on company grading

* Training and development on all tooling and machines
