Quest Employment is recruiting for a leading logistics and distribution company known for its commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional customer service. The warehouse in Letchworth plays a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Picking, packing, and processing orders accurately and efficiently.

* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

* Assisting with inventory management and stock control.

* Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Operating warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts) if certified.

* Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets.

* Monday to Friday - (Apply online only)

* £12 per hour

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not essential.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

* Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.

* Forklift license is a plus but not mandatory.
