As a Supply SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and other learning disabilities
Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Adapt to various classroom settings, supporting individual and group activities
Use your initiative to engage students, foster independence, and promote social and emotional development
Work alongside experienced educators, gaining valuable skills in SEN education

What We're Looking For:

Experience in an SEN or mainstream setting is preferred
A caring, patient, and positive approach to working with children with additional needs
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools and age groups
