This company are a growing MSP, based near Solihull and due to expansion require a Helpdesk Analyst to join their team.

Some of the technologies they support include Office 365, on-premise and hosted servers, Acronis backup and DR, Active Directory, PC/Laptops, UniFi Wireless networks and Watchguard Firewalls.

The ideal candidate will be dealing with a mix of helpdesk calls alongside an existing team. They will have an excellent telephone manner, good patience and be able to resolve IT issues both over the phone and by remotely connecting into our client’s sites.

Key skills (Must have’s)

· Windows Server inc. Hyper V, AD, DHCP, DNS

· Strong PC experience Windows/OSX

· Router/Switch/Firewall Configuration

· Good Hardware knowledge

· Excellent IP and TCP/IP Knowledge preferably to Network+/CompTIA

· Excellent and Patient telephone manner

· Excellent troubleshooting technique

· Full driving licence

Salary: £23,750.00-£26,000.00 per year
