About the role:
Are you a passionate and motivated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting them with challenging behaviours and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. This is a part-time, ongoing role where your positive attitude and expertise can transform learning experiences.

Application Requirements:
• Experience working with children with challenging behaviours (preferred).
• A positive, motivated, and compassionate attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and relevant safeguarding checks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support individual students, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
• Implement strategies to manage and improve challenging behaviours.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to provide a consistent support system.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages emotional and social development.
• Promote resilience, self-regulation, and positive social skills.
