Location: Harborne, B17, Birmingham
Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Pay Rate: £380-£400 per week
Start Date: April 2025

Are you passionate about shaping young minds? We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a outstanding mainstream primary school in Harborne, B17. This is a fantastic opportunity to support early childhood development in a nurturing environment.

Your Role:

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging EYFS lessons.

Support children in their learning, social, and emotional development.

Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.

Provide 1:1 and small group support where needed.

Help with phonics, early numeracy, and creative activities.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with Early Years or young children.

A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, Teaching Assistant, or equivalent (desirable).

A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach.

Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff.

A commitment to safeguarding and supporting child development.
