Full Time – Permanent

Monday – Friday (No Weekends)

25,000 – 30,000 realistic OTE of over £50k per annum

Our established client based in Sale is seeking experienced IVA Advisors who thrives on offering a professional consultative sales experience along with outstanding customer service skills and advice to your clients to join their growing team.

This role allows driven advisors excellent earning potential

The Role:

* Fact-finding on debt levels, investigating incomes, and establishing affordability

* Speaking with live warm leads, understanding the client’s individual circumstances and expenditures Consultatively presenting debt solutions based on the customer's suitability

* Providing support along the customer journey until the IVA is submitted

Experience Required:

* IVA sales experience essential

* Strong negotiating and closing skills

* Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner

* Excellent attention to detail, organizational and planning skills

* Computer literate with good keyboard skills

Ideally candidates will be able to demonstrate that they are Self-motivated, ambitious and money-driven

Hours of work Monday – Friday

Week 1 Mon – Thurs 9.30 am – 6.30 pm Friday 9.00 am – 4.00 pm

Week 2 Mon – Thurs 11.00 am – 8.00 pm Friday 9.00 am– 4.00 pm
