About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, helping them engage with the curriculum.
Assist teachers in delivering lessons and preparing classroom resources.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where necessary.
Help manage behavior effectively to ensure a productive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school setting (voluntary or paid).
A genuine passion for education and a desire to help students succeed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
An understanding of safeguarding practices (training can be provided).While a formal qualification (such as a Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is beneficial, we also welcome applications from those with transferable skills or experience in similar roles.
