Pertemps Stoke are currently looking for a friendly and efficient Front Of House person to join our clients student accommodation team on a temporary basis. As first point of contact for students living in the complex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for the residents. This position is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys interacting with people and can handle a variety of tasks.
 
Key responsibilities for this Front Of House role:

Greet and welcome students as they enter the complex
Answer phone calls and assist students with inquiries
Manage incoming and outgoing post
Report any maintenance issues to the relevant team
Assist with ant additional administrative tasksSkills required for this Front Of House role:

Strong verbal communication skills
A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for providing excellent customer service

Temp role until 20.09.2024
Monday to Friday 11am-4pm
