Viewing Consultant/Customer Manager

Full Time – Permanent

Hours - 8.45am - 5.30pm – Monday - Friday

Plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45am–4.00pm with a lieu day

Salary is dependent on experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional Viewing/Sales Negotiator to join our busy client in their Faringdon office..

The successful candidate needs to be:

* Dynamic

* Love to be busy

* Be an excellent communicator and team player

* Self-motivated

* Possess good IT/admin skills.

The role will include spending a good proportion of your time organising and conducting viewings, getting to know the buyers and fully understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to refer them to their professional partners. The successful candidate will need flexibility to conduct viewings as well as work in the office and provide a great customer experience.

The candidate must be able to drive and have a car.
