Office Manager – The Rewards
Salary: Up to £40k (based on experience)
Pension: 5% employer contributions, 3% employee contributions.
Holiday: 25 days plus UK bank holidays.

Strong work ethic, with a high standard of task completion.
Comprehensive understanding of office management principles and best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Familiarity with recruitment processes.
Proficiency with accounting software such as Xero or Sage.
Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Office Manager – Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintain office equipment.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Act as a point of contact for suppliers, clients, and customers, facilitating meetings and visits.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Support departments with purchasing, recruitment, HR, finance, and IT functions.
Manage recruitment processes including agency liaison, candidate correspondence, and interviews. About Us
